The top and bottom plates are 20 mm thick, with a 14 mm middle plate and a height of 500 mm, providing exceptional strength and load-bearing capacity.

The trailer features a three-axle configuration, with each axle capable of supporting 13 tons. The suspension system can be either mechanical or air suspension, offering flexibility based on the specific needs of the load and operating conditions. The leaf springs or air bags further enhance the trailer's ability to handle heavy loads smoothly and safely.

Safety and reliability are paramount in the design of the Low Bed Semi-Trailer. It is equipped with a WABCO RE6 relay valve braking system, T30/30 spring brake chambers, and 40L air tanks, ensuring reliable stopping power and control. The kingpin is available in 2" or 3.5" bolt-in options, and the landing gear is from the reputable JOST brand, featuring a two-speed, manual operating mechanism for ease of use.

The trailer's floor is made from checkered plate, providing a sturdy and slip-resistant surface for securing heavy loads. It is fitted with high-quality tires, available in various sizes (11.00R20, 12.00R20, 11R22.5, 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5), and steel wheel rims (8.5-20, 9.0-20, 8.25-22.5, 9.0-22.5), ensuring durability and performance.

Additional features include a mechanical ladder for easy access, a standard tool box for storing essential equipment, and a comprehensive painting process. The chassis undergoes sandblasting to remove rust, followed by one coat of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of final paint, ensuring long-term protection and aesthetic appeal.
