The main beam, constructed from Q345B steel, is 500 mm high, with an upper plate of 16 mm, a middle plate of 10 mm, and a down plate of 18 mm, ensuring structural integrity and durability.

The trailer features a three-axle configuration, with each axle capable of supporting 13 to 16 tons, depending on the brand (LEAO, FUWA, BPW, or others). This setup ensures stability and weight distribution, crucial for safe and efficient transport. The suspension system is mechanical, with an optional air suspension available for enhanced ride comfort and load handling. The leaf springs are specially designed for the export market, with a width of 90 mm, a thickness of 13 mm, and 10 layers.

The trailer's bottom platform is made from 3 mm chequered steel plate, providing a sturdy and slip-resistant surface for loading and unloading. A tool box, measuring 1 m * 0.5 m * 0.5 m (customizable), is included for storing essential tools and equipment. The king pin and landing gear are from the reputable Jost brand, with the landing gear capable of handling 28 tons and featuring a two-speed mechanism for ease of use.

The Fence Semi Trailer is finished with a high-quality painting process, including sandblasting to remove rust, a coat of anticorrosive primer, and multiple coats of finish urethane paint. The color can be customized according to customer preferences.
